Pier Alessio Rizzardi is the director of TCA Think Tank, international practice with headquarters in Singapore and branches in Hanoi and Milan.

The Organisation specializes in hospitality, Mix-use developments, and landscape design with built projects in Southeast Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Australia, and China.

In Vietnam, TCA develops medium and large-scale masterplan in hospitality, resorts, villas, and commercial properties, in Singapore and Indonesia in the Co-living sector, developing SD, DD for medium and high-hand brownfield and greenfield projects, In China, he develops large educational projects, and he is approaching the market in Doha with ongoing projects for luxury hospitality.

Pier has curated exhibitions at Venice Biennale, Shenzhen Hong Kong Bi-City Biennale, and Seoul Biennal; he collaborated with organizations and institutions such as Google, MME Ministry of the Municipality and Environment of Qatar, Singapore Stamford Arts Center, Singapore Design Week and more.

He regularly has given talks and ran workshops in educational institutions such as Polytechnic University of Milan, at Kazakistan pavilion at EXPO 2015, Clip Stamp Upload: Independent Magazine at Museo Sant Agostino, Genova; The Future of The Museum in China” in Beijing at STUDIO X for Columbia University, ETH Future City Laboratory Singapore.
