The words are placed on the “buffalo spine” landscape hill to remind of the Tich Dien Festival, or an image of a buffalo herder in the past.

Behind the words are 6 Festival Drum Columns, a highlight, reminding
of the beginning of festivals. These 6 drum columns also symbolize 6 administrative units of Ha Nam province.
