The landscape design for the project was inspired by the character of the Mata Atlantica Forest found near the project construction site. Currently, only 9% of this forest ecosystem in Brazil still exists in the world and some of the remaining patches are scattered in Sao Paulo. Our project celebrates biodiversity and its spatial richness in the urban landscape of Sao Paulo.
São Paulo Corporate Towers creates a landscape design that follows the spatial rhythms, elevations and patterns of the forest as it weaves all around and through the two towers that create the architectural function. Canopies of varying heights create magical outdoor spaces of sunlight and shade, providing a cooler environment. The topography accentuates the display of vegetation in its many layers of canopy. A large green roof accessible by a series of ramps becomes a link between the two towers and integrates the building’s amenities. An elevated metal path is woven through the site and transforms the public sidewalk on the street providing a unique experience of walking above the trees. Storing rainwater on the site and selecting native species with drought-tolerant needs, helps cool the towers and makes water use more efficient.

Thiết kế cảnh quan cho dự án được lấy cảm hứng từ đặc trưng của Khu rừng Mata Atlantica được tìm thấy gần khu vực xây dựng dự án. Hiện nay hỉ có 9% hệ sinh thái rừng này ở Brazil còn tồn tại trên thế giới và một những mảng còn sót lại đó đang phân bố phân tán rải rác ở Sao Paulo. São Paulo Corporate Towers tạo nên một thiết kế cảnh quan theo nhịp điệu không gian, độ cao và mô hình của khu rừng khi nó len lỏi khắp nơi xung quanh và xuyên qua hai tòa tháp tạo nên công năng kiến trúc. Những tán cây có chiều cao khác nhau tạo ra những không gian ngoài trời huyền diệu của ánh sáng mặt trời và bóng râm, mang đến một môi trường mát mẻ hơn. Địa hình làm nổi bật sự hiển thị của thảm thực vật trong nhiều lớp tán của chúng. Một mái nhà xanh lớn có thể tiếp cận bởi một loạt các đường dốc trở thành một liên kết giữa hai tòa tháp và tích hợp tòa nhà tiện nghi. Một con đường kim loại trên cao được dệt xuyên qua địa điểm và biến đổi vỉa hè công cộng trên đường phố mang đến trải nghiệm độc đáo khi đi bộ trên những tán cây. Việc lưu trữ nước mưa trên khu vực và lựa chọn các loài bản địa có nhu cầu khả năng chịu khô hạn, giúp làm mát các tòa tháp và khiến việc sử dụng nước hiệu quả hơn.
